We a specialist brokers in arranging tenant loans for those that do not have a home to offer as a security to the lender.

Many traditional lenders will only look at homeowners for loans or those that have assets that can be secured against a loan. But we work with many lenders who are happy to consider loan applications from tenants, whether you are a private tenant or a council tenant, even if you have less than perfect credit history. Tenant loans are flexible and can be used for any purpose: a holiday, debt consolidation, or for a new car, the choice is yours. We also specialise in helping people with a less than perfect credit history so are able to obtain a loan for tenant with bad credit, also called an adverse loan tenant.

By keeping up regular payments on a tenant loan, you will actually be improving your credit rating, especially if you want to buy a home in the future or qualify for other loans. Our professional advisors can help you find the tenant loan that best suits your needs and your budget. Let us do your leg work and sift through the fine print to get the most competitive tenant loan for you.
