Manchester Building Society is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a member of the Building Societies Association, Council of Mortgage Lenders and the Financial Ombudsman Scheme. The Society also subscribes to the Banking Code and the Mortgage Code, copies of which are available on request.
